Cha Woo Jin (played by Chun Jung Myung) was a prosecutor who
had lost his first love, Seung Hee (Kim So Hyun) when they were in high school
due to a crime. Seung Hee had been raped then committed suicide. That made Woo
Jin deal with violent crime cases. One day, Jo Eun Bi, a female high school
student appeared and so looked alike with Seung Hee. Eun Bi was a suspect for a
murder of a company president’s son. He tried to prove Eun Bi’s innocence. The
real culprit came to the police station to surrender himself but he wanted to
meet Woo Jin only. He was in his truck and sang the song that only Woo Jin
knew. After he finished singing, the truck was blown up and the real culprit
died.
One by one crime happened and everything had a tie with Woo
Jin’s past. The only way to solve the case was to regain his memories. He
remembered the suspect of Seung Hee’s case. He was sent in jail to meet the
rapist. In there, he finally found out that the rapist suspect was Eun Bi’s
father, Jo Bong Hak. Jo Bong Hak was planning the entire accidents with one
goal, to kill the company president, Mr. Kim. Mr. Kim had killed a lot of poor
people and framed them as an occult religion. Before he could kill Mr. Kim, he
had been killed first. Woo Jin, with the help of his colleagues, was chasing
Mr. Kim.
