Nam Jung Gi (played by Yoon Sang Hyun) was a deputy chief in a small cosmetic company, Lovely. He was a timid person. He was a widowed-man with a son. He lived with his jobless brother and his farher who worked as a security guard at the apartment he lived. Lovely would like to sign a contract with Golden Chemicals. The manager in charge, was Ok Da Jung (Lee Yo Won). Ok Da Jung was famous with her temper. That's why she was called Ms. Temper. The contract that should have been sign was failed because of Ok Da Jung. Ok Da Jung hated playing dirty in business so she didn't want to handle the contract. In addition, she resigned from Golden Chemicals and then worked at Lovely. She worked as Head of Marketing Team. As a surprised, Ok Da Jung moved to the house in front of Nam Jung Gi's house. That meant Nam Jung Gi's nightmare started.
Nam Jung Gi had misunderstood the gossip about Ok Da Jung. Ok Da Jung had divorced three times and she was rumored that she loved men. If they wanted a contract was signed, they must entertain her. But, when living in the same neighborhood and working together, Nam Jung Gi showed the true color of Ok Da Jung.
Director of Golden Chemicals who felt betrayed by Ok Da Jung tried to make Lovely down. He did everything to destroy Lovely. Lovely was a subcontractor was trying to make its own product. It wasn't easy of course, especially when they had to compete with a big company like Golden Chemicals.
One by one obstacle appeared. Plagiatism, product returns, company's new product disclosure until fake investment. Everyone in the company must work together to go through all the hardness.
Watching this drama makes me feel like what they feel. That's how world works. That's what happens in the work field. Nothing is easy, nobody is perfect. Everyone can make a mistake, everyone can be tempted by his greed. But, one thing that we can learn from this drama is we must be grateful for what we have. If we make a mistake, revise it. Saying sorry is not enough if it's just saying. Unfairness will always happen but surely one day our hardwork will be paid.
