Yoon San (played by Lee Joon), Kang Tae Woo and Jung Yoo Jin were comrades in the police department. They were friends since they were at police school. They were on undercover duty to disguise themselves in an organization but their true identity was revealed. Yoo Jin, San's girlfriend was kidnapped and San tried to rescue her with the help of Tae Woo. But, in the middle of their runaway, Yoo Jin pointed her gun to San and shot him while saying sorry. She got in the car with Tae Woo and not long after the car was blown up right in the front of San's eyes. San was discharged from police and became a private detective with his senior, Yong Goo Hyung.
Goo Hyung and San received an order from a young lady, Han Gyeo Wool to find her missing brother, Han Gyo Min. Through their investigation, Gyeo Wool's brother was a "helper" and he was making an experiment related to blood. When they were investigating the place where they saw Han Gyoo Min, they found a list of helpers. They wondered what helpers were and what they were doing.
Goo Hyung and Yoon San finally found Gyoo Min's hiding place and saw that Gyoo Min and was not human being. When Yoon San was dying, Gyoo Min injected him blood which turned him into a vampire. Meanwhile, Gyoo Min committed suicide by uncovering himself and the sunlight made him disappear. Goo Hyung and Yoon San couldn't tell Gyeo Wool about what happened to her brother. Gyeo Wool then stayed with both of them in order to investigate the reason behind her brother's death. With her ability in IT, Gyeo Wool helped Goo Hyung and Yoon San with their cases. Yoon San could trace what happened when he saw blood. His new ability after being a vampire was helping a lot.
One day, a beautiful lady appeared and asked Yoon San to find a man named Joo Young Kwang. Holding Yoon San's friends as hostage, Yoon San only had few hours before dawn to find that person. Yo Na, the beautiful lady, was actually a vampire. Joo Young Kwang was her first love when she was a human. Young Kwang was the one who built the organization in order to supply blood for her. But suddenly, Young Kwang would like to quit because he was too old while Yo Na would be forever young.
After meeting Young Kwang, he disappeared again. At the same time, Yoon San saw Tae Woo. He was shocked knowing that his friend was still alive. Yoo Jin also appeared. Yoon San was happy to meet his friend and his girlfriend, but he found that they were also vampires. When they were doing undercover, both of them turned into vampires. That's why Yoon Jin shot him and pretended to die.
Tae Woo's greed and jealousy towards Yoon San made him kidnap Yoon Jin and took her as a hostage. He made Yoon San had to shoot one of two people whose face covered with black sheet. One of them was Goo Hyung and the other one was Young Kwang. He shot towards Young Kwang which apparently it was Yo Na. She had planned that Yoon San must shoot the right side for Goo Hyung was on the left side.
Tae Woo was furious, he would like to kill Yoon San but Yoo Jin stopped him and turned the UV lights on. Both Tae Woo and Yoo Jin scattered into dust and then disappeared. Once again, Yoon San lost his girlfriend. In despair and sadness, Yoon San was also missing. Even a year had passed, Goo Hyung still had no news about Yoon San's existence. Gyeo Wool came and told him if she knew where Yoon San was.
That's the end of the series. Where is Yoon San? Does Gyeo Wool really know where Yoon San is? No one knows. Only the writer knows. LOL. Maybe, there will be season 2 or the drama is ended open. There is a scene where Yoon San and Yoo Jin were on a seashore, looking at sunrise. Maybe that's the last place where Yoon San was there. Overall, I like Lee Chung Ah who played Yo Na. She's so cruel yet pitiful. Her love story is really sad. She had to die with Young Kwang after living many years being alone as a vampire, but she died in the arm of her first and only love.
