Sara (Han Ye Seul) was a definition of beauty. She had a small face and slim body. Every man who looked at her would fall for her. She watched a reality show on TV about a fat woman willing to be slimmer. She was touched that the story of that woman. She didn't realize that the woman was actually her story. She used to be known as Sa Geum Ran, a housewife. She loved her husband but didn't know that her husband married her just because of her land. He had an affair with his co-worker in TV station. When she knew the truth, she had a car accident and reported died. In order to avenge her husband and his mistress, she asked Han Tae Hee (Joo Sang Wook) to do plastic surgery, a total transformation.
Han Tae Hee was a restaurant owner yet an heir of a large company. TV station where Geum Ran's husband worked in was also under Tae Hee's company. He was suffering broken heart syndrome due to a shock from factory explosion when he was a kid. His parents were dead in front of him. He was taken care by Gyo Chae Yeon's father. Gyo Chae Yeon was a presenter in the TV station and also the mistress of Geum Ran's husband.
Tae Hee helped Geum Ran avenge her husband. He asked Gyo Ji Hoon, Chae Yeon's brother to operate Geum Ran and turned her into Sara. Meanwhile, Geum Ran's husband, Lee Kang Joon, preparing his second wedding with Chae Yeon not long after Geum Ran's death. Sara lived with Tae Hee to avenge both of them. Sara appeared in front of Kang Joon to make him fall for her and ruin his marriage with Chae Yeon just like Chae Yeon's ruined her marriage.
Tae Hee had a step-brother who would like to be the president of the company. When he looked at Sara, he fell for her. His hatred towards Tae Hee became bigger since he knew that Sara and Tae Hee loved each other. On the other hand, Chae Yeon already knew that Sara was Geum Ran and she would like to separate Geum Ran and Tae Hee because she knew that Tae Hee would be the president of the company and she knew that Tae Hee used to love her. But, Tae Hee already set his eyes only to Sara and accepted her as Geum Ran too. He would like to marry her but Geum Ran was still Kang Joon's wife and Kang Joon didn't want to divorce her.
This romance comedy drama teaches us to accept ourselves just the way we are. The popularity of plastic surgery is actually a result of dissatisfaction. How many men are like Kang Joon? He has a nice and diligent wife like Geum Ran but because of her outer look, he has an affair. When he finds his wife becomes slimmer, he wants her back. Outer look is important but sometimes we forget what lies inside is more important.
